We all have special Christmas memories from earlier days and these special memories come to mind at this time of the year.
Winston-Salem also has special memories of Christmases past.
Come to the Lewisville Branch Library on December 10th at 6:00 pm and see how Christmas was celebrated in Winston-Salem through the years.
The program, presented by author and photo archivist, Molly Grogan Rawls, will feature photographs taken by local photographers that illustrate local Christmas customs and traditions. Also, see local businesses and homes all decorated for Christmas, and residents participating in the Christmas parades.
Autographed copies of Molly’s local history books will be available for purchase at the event.
The program will take place in the auditorium of the Lewisville Library.
