Union Station Exhibit in the North Carolina Collection

Come see the latest exhibit in the display cases in the North Carolina Collection at the Forsyth County Public Library.

The subject of the exhibit is Union Station, the railroad station that is located on Claremont Avenue.  The station is undergoing renovation and is expected to open for public inspection in September 2019.  Plans are underway for the grand opening, and they will be announced in the near future.

Various items related to the station and to railroads are on display, loaned by the city, the library, and by railroad enthusiasts and historians, such as Dr. Jeffrey Miller.
