John George Bambalis was born on this day in 1927, in Florida, to George P. and Katherine Bambalis.
He was a veteran of the Korean War, serving the the United States Army.
He graduated from the University of North Carolina with a degree in commerce.
He was the owner of the Picadilly Cafe and Recreation Billiards.
John passed away in January 2014.
