On this day in 2007, an announcement was made in the Winston-Salem Journal that land is being cleared at the site of the Mayflower Seafood Restaurant at 850 Peter’s Creek Parkway. The plan is to rebuild the restaurant, following a recent fire at the site.
The restaurant was rebuilt, and the photo above shows the restaurant today.
