    There was also the Dutch Treat Sandwich Shop (just beyond the Winston Theater), my favorite spot for lunch when I worked for Joe Siceloff in the camera department of Bocock Stroud when I was in high school. The Dutch Treat was the only restaurant I ever remember seeing with a “C” grade from the health department. But their fried fruit tarts were the best!
