The Regency Arms Apartments, located at 3401 Old Vineyard Road, are shown in the photo above in August 1969. These units appear to be completed, with cars parked in front of the units.
This photo shows the back of the apartments and there are some signs of occupancy, such as charcoal grills and chairs on the balconies.
This photo, and the following photo, show a concrete pad in a recessed area behind the apartments, possibly a recreation area under construction.
Construction is clearly continuing with the apartments, and the landscaping is still to come.
The Regency Arms Apartments are called The Regency Apartments today. They provide one and two bedroom apartments. The newly renovated complex has a new fitness center, a pet park, and the complex has a swimming pool.
