The new, single-story building would be built on Patterson Avenue Extension, at a cost of $12,000, and it would have 8,000 square feet of floor space.  The building would be of cinder block construction, painted white, with offices in the left wing and the manufacturing area in the center.

Plans for the new building were drawn and the contract would be awarded during this week.  Steel for the building was already purchased, and the anticipated occupancy date was for early spring.
