British Woods is a housing development off Burke Mill Road. The names of the streets relate to the “British Woods” theme. Some of the streets are London Lane, Ludlow Lane, Edinburg Drive, New Castle Drive, and Cardiff Court.
The building in the photo above is the office of Lambe-Young & Hayes. The following photos show houses in the British Woods development, taken in September 1967.

The photo above shows the variety of home styles in the neighborhood. This photo was taken on London Lane.
This photo was also taken on London Lane, near house numbered 2743. Notice the Ford Mustang parked on the street. It might be an original mustang model.
Today the trees and other vegetation cover the yards in the neighborhood and make the houses less visible. But in 1967, the houses are very visible.
