An announcement in the Winston-Salem Journal on this day in 2012 apprised readers that the building that housed the former Kopper Kitchen restaurant is getting a makeover.
PG13, a commercial real estate holding company, recently bought the nearly 7,000-sq.-foot building at the corner of West Fifth and Cherry Streets.
The announcement added the information that renovations are underway and PG13 is converting the three empty spaces into two spaces.
Today, the Small Batch Beer Company is located in the building on the corner, shown in the photograph above.
