Reverend Fredric Herbert Weber was born on this day in 1925, in Winston-Salem, to Rev. Christian Otto and Dorothy Elizabeth Pfohl Weber.
Fredric attended the local schools, the University of North Carolina, and Moravian Theological Seminary.
He was ordained as a Moravian minister, and served pastorates in Clemmons, Bethania, Mayodan, Fries Memorial and Little Church on the Lane (Charlotte).
Fredric went on evangelistic tours of Alaska with George Hamilton IV.
Fredric also served as President of the Board of Directors of the Mission Society of the Moravian Church, South, and on the Archives Board, and on the Board Trustees of Salem Academy and College. At the time of his death in 2006, he was serving on the Board of Elders of Fairview Moravian Church.
He was married first to Emma Elizabeth Kapp Weber and second to E. Artis Wright Weber.
